FAULT ANALYSIS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Robot does not have any response

A. Generally, the emergency button is turned off;

B. out of Battery

2. Incomplete sequence of robot operation actions

Press the reset button in the middle of a continuous action, it is

recommended to manually complete the remaining actions before entering automatic operation

3. The automatic parking position is incorrect

If the ground is uneven or the reference position is incorrect, search for qualified reference objects.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

CarMover

1. Ground flatness requirements: It must be a continuous and flat

cement or asphalt pavement, and the ground flatness should not

exceed 20mm per square meter

2. Waterproof requirements: Do not enter roads with accumulated

water exceeding 20mm on the ground, and do not soak in water

3. Dust prevention requirements: Do not work continuously in areas

with high dust content, and pay attention to regularly wiping the

laser head

4. Remote control distance: cannot remotely control the robot

beyond a range of 10 meters

5. Charging location: dry and free of flammable substances
